GoAir Link- a complete joke

Please do not use this company and BA need to stop using them. They turned up 2 hours late after JFK. There is noobe there to help you and even you phone they lie and say they will be 20 mins. The driver, when he did show up coughed all the way to NY without a mask. He got lost and took 2 hours to get to our hotel.
It took ages to organise tge return transfer even though they had all our details from BA. The driver took 3 hours to drive the 19 miles to JFK. He got lost too and we almost missed check in for our flight. I have asjed for a refund but i am not holding my breath. Please organise your own transfer as that will be more efficient and reliable

Waiting over 90 minutes for pick up

Booked transport for 1230. Didn't leave airport untill after 1400. Kept being told 'driver will be there in 15 min'.

AVOID this shuttle service

AVOID this shuttle service! Terrible experience!
Booked the shuttle in advance and waited for 3h - the dispatchers kept telling me the car was coming, until I finally had to take a taxi.

Terrible avoid at all costs!

Arrived at Newark and nobody was there to pick us up. Called the company and was passed around from person to person and put on hold. Also Being told they have no record of our booking. This went on for some time. Then finally a car is on its way. Give it 45 mins. 45mins came and went, no sign of them. Called them again.
2 hours after our flight came in we were picked up. I don’t think they had any intention of picking us up. Another two passengers also in the same situation.
Also picked up with us.
After all this time the driver then has cheek to continually ask me about confirmation number/ booking reference when he arrives.

Journey back was fine. We were actually picked up when they said. But we did question whether to just forget about them as we had no confidence we would be picked up.
But would never use again. Appalling way to treat people.
Sort it out!

I wish I’d seen the reviews before I…

I wish I’d seen the reviews before I booked this company. Got to EWR and they ‘had no bus’ so they arranged alternative transport, which was totally fine. However, they never paid the ‘alternative transport’ who are now chasing me for payment although I prepaid Airlink. Not answering emails. Avoid they are not trustworthy!

Left stranded at JFK by Go Airlink NYC

I booked a pickup at the airport on May 23rd and it was great. On my return flight on May 28 I waited from just after 9 pm until after 12am, I'm a female tourist who was left stranded at JFK airport. I felt scared, disappointed and lied to. I requested a refund because I took a taxi to my hotel.

I called from the welcome center phone to Go Airlink NYC and was told by the agent to wait at the welcome center and that the driver will be there. It was a male who answered the phone.
I called again and was told to wait to driver will be there by 10:30. After another call a female agent answered and set she is trying to get hold of the driver and put me on hold and never responded again.
I had someone at the hotel also called and informed them I was still waiting.

It was only after 12:30am when I called Go Airlink NYC again the agent who came just came on duty told me there are no cars. That there were no cars for a while.

I had to get a yellow cab early hours of the morning and arrived at 1:30 at the hotel.

I do not recommend this pickup service because they do not have enough drivers, yet they take the booking. Customer service is not their number 1 priority as well as safety.

I hope to get my money back!

SCAM!

SCAM! Never showed up, left us waiting on the street, had to make alternative arrangements and barely made our flight. DO NOT USE!

ITS A SCAM, NO PICK UP, NO REFUND

ITS A SCAM. refused to pick up when I'd already paid. Leaving a single mother and daughter abandoned at JFK. Disgusting company. It broke trading standards laws, it should be shut down. DO NOT USE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT SAFE.

Awful they never showed up to collect me from my terminal. Dreading using them to get back to the airport
I have repeatedly emailed them asking to refund my return journey and I have heard nothing back. This is starting to feel like a scam

We booked a luxury pickup on December…

We booked a luxury pickup on December 1st for 4 people. When we arrived at EWR there were nobody ready to pick us up. We waited 1,5 HOURS where we were in contact with you SEVERAL times. We kept being told we would be picked up in terminal C at the passenger pickup number 5. We stood there for an hour waiting for a Honda. We even spoke to you twice in that hour and directly with the driver. You kept saying he was there ready for us but there was no driver!! I then called you for the third time and you now started saying terminal B which is not where we arrived. We then had to take the AirTrain to terminal B but STILL NO DRIVER. I even asked you to cancel my booking because we had been flying for 14 hours and waited 1,5 hour to be picked up and just wanted to get to our hotel. I was then told we had to pay a no-show fee if we cancelled. After waiting for 1,5 hours and after dragging all of our stuff with the train to terminal B we finally got a hold of the driver who was NOT at terminal b. He had been at terminal c but the cops told him to leave so he just left. We had been standing by terminal c waiting for him for an hour and he just left and went to terminal b instead! Not only did we wait way too long but we ordered a LUXURY SUV and got an old Honda which was not luxurious at all. I would like for you to refund my money for this horrible service and experience. It seems completely ridiculous to order an airport pickup and then having to wait for so long for a very old Honda which was not what we paid 200$ for. What a waste of money and time!! A cab would’ve been better and cheaper.
